Dzaira Utama is the official website of CV. Dzaira Utama based in Medan and its surrounding areas, designed as a central hub for mobility service reservations. The site offers various premium service categories, ranging from self-drive car rentals and intercity travel (dropping & round-trip) to organized tour packages. The primary focus of this project is to provide customers with the convenience of selecting fleets and travel routes in a transparent and responsive manner.
Challenge Faced
The main challenge was managing a wide variety of services—from vehicle unit rentals to tour packages—within a single, simple interface. Technically, the hurdle was presenting a fleet catalog (including Sigra, Avanza, to Hiace) with clear pricing and specifications without making the page feel heavy, while ensuring fast communication integration so customers can directly connect with reservation admins.
Results and Impact:
I implemented a well-organized catalog structure with specific service categories, making it easy for users to navigate options based on car type or travel destination. By emphasizing a clean UI and direct chat widget integration (WhatsApp), booking friction was successfully minimized. I also optimized visual elements in the tour catalog to remain attractive without sacrificing site access speed, creating a platform that is both functional and credible for thousands of satisfied customers.
